Terms & Service Contract
These terms govern your credit consultation with us. This document also serves as the written contract required where the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) applies.
Services
We provide a one-on-one credit consultation in which a specialist reviews your credit reports with you, explains the factors affecting your score, and provides a personalized action plan. The consultation is educational and advisory; we do not dispute items with the bureaus on your behalf as part of this service.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date on which you signed the contract.
No guarantees
We do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome or a specific increase to your credit score. You may dispute inaccurate information yourself, for free, by contacting the credit bureaus directly.
Payment
Your one-time consultation fee is disclosed at checkout and is due to reserve your session. Where the law prohibits charging in advance of services, we will schedule and conduct your consultation in accordance with those requirements.
